Fetty Wap slaps lady on camera

Rapper Fetty Wap was seen on camera striking a lady at an Iowa music festival, adding to federal authorities’ allegations of drug dealing against him.

The incident took place on July 2, 2022, during a meet-and-greet with fans following the “Trap Queen” artist’s performance at Grandview Park in Sioux City.

Fan footage shows Fetty taking photos before reacting to a female fan splashing him with water. It seems that the woman who splashed Fetty with water did it unintentionally, as she was pushed forward by the mob and her bottle of water fell.

Wap, 31 years old, retaliated by slapping the water bottle out of the person’s hand and then smacking the fan on the head before a security guard dragged him away from the growing gathering.

There has been no word from Fetty on the viral footage.

The legal problems facing the rapper, whose true name is Willie Junior Maxwell II, are much more serious. The rapper was detained in October 2021 by the FBI before he could perform at New York’s Rolling Loud festival. The Department of Justice accuses Fetty Wap and two prison officers from New Jersey of plotting to possess and distribute prohibited narcotics throughout the country.

And when his ankle bracelet alarm went off in December 2021 at Newark Liberty International Airport, the “My Way” songwriter was taken into custody.

The District Attorney’s Office for Fulton County announced additional allegations against Young Thug in an indictment on August 9.

The Atlanta rapper has been charged with machine gun possession, firearm possession during the commission of a felony, and more gang counts.

Both the March 17 arrest and the May 9 raid on Thug’s Buckhead house led to the new charges. During the course of the RICO indictment, law enforcement officials raided Thug’s home and found evidence of seven other offences.

The day of Thug’s arrest, Atlanta police and the District Attorney’s office discovered evidence that led to the addition of several extra counts against Thug and two other defendants.

The new indictment, according to Fulton County DA Fani Willis, contains 28 individuals from the original indictment from May, which targeted the group “Young Slime Life.”

There are more than two dozen YSL members, including Thug and Gunna, who have been in jail for the past three months on felony charges, including violations of the RICO Act, that could land them in prison for decades if they are found guilty.

The trial for Thug and Gunna has been set to commence in January 2023, and bond has been rejected.

On the morning of August 8th, Fetty Wap was arrested for violating the conditions of his bail by making a threat while holding a pistol during a FaceTime call.

A video tape of the December 11, 2021 FaceTime call was submitted to the authorities, as stated in court filings. He told the person on the other end of the line,.“I’ma kill you and everybody you with.”

Fetty Wap’s claimed involvement in the possession and conspiracy to distribute controlled narcotics, as well as the threat and firearm, put him in violation of the terms of his release on November 5, 2021.

That he “shall not possess a firearm, destructive device, or other weapon” was one of the conditions of his release order. Additionally, he was required to “not break any federal, state, or municipal law.”

On October 28, 2021, Fetty Wap was arrested for his alleged involvement in a drug distribution scheme. He has since entered a not guilty plea. The next day he was arraigned on accusations of conspiracy to distribute and possess controlled narcotics, which he had been indicted for the day before.
