White police kill black man during arrest (video) AGAIN!???? …

on

On August 30th, a Black man, age 20, was shot and killed by a police officer in Columbus, Ohio, who was attempting to serve a warrant on him. Donovan Lewis has been named as the victim.

Footage from the officer’s body camera revealed that he was disarmed and laying on his bed next to what seemed to be a vape pen. A search of court records revealed that the officers were executing a warrant for unlawful firearm handling, assault, and domestic abuse.

Ten minutes after police arrived at Lewis’ flat, someone answered the door and was taken into jail. When police entered the flat, they located another male hiding inside.

The two males did not respond to police inquiries about whether or not others were present in the residence. They announced to those still inside that a K9 officer was being released. When the dog began barking at the door to a bedroom, Cop Ricky Anderson stepped back to open it, with a fellow officer close behind. Both were ready to fire their weapons.

Lewis sat up in bed when Anderson opened the door and was shot dead. Lewis was taken out of the residence, and handcuffed, after the incident. The medics attempted to treat his gunshot wound before taking him to Grant Medical Center, where he was sadly pronounced dead.

Officer Anderson has been placed on administrative leave as the shooting investigation continues.

ISTHATPORKS TAKE:

Being culturally deficient has everything to do with why these killings keep happening. It's either that or the PARENTS that raised these people are FULL OF SHIT. Take your pick. Something is going on. After courts, DA's, Judges, and the general public defeat common sense, DEF EARS points you to the sky for the whole thing to repeat itself. It's been a never-ending BLACK HOLE for the shooters and the deceased with no ending in sight. The ending of the video is telling when one officer is yelling to the "VICTIM" to put his arms behind his back after he was shot. He was actually yelling "LET ME SEE YOUR HANDS" "BOTH OF THEM" and "THE OTHER ONE" LET ME SEE THE OTHER ONE" Whoever he is, he obviously has 1.) EITHER NO COMMON SENSE or 2.) HE NEEDS TO BE PUT IN THE SAME CIRCUMSTANCES TO LEARN SOMETHING ABOUT COMMON SENSE IN THESE CIRCUMSTANCES TO UNDERSTAND THAT IT IS NOT EASY TO PUT YOUR HANDS BEHIND YOUR BACK OR SHOW YOUR HANDS OR EVEN MOVE WHEN YOU HAVE BEEN SHOT. You shouldn't have to be SHOT to know that. You should just know that. These COPS who do this REALLY need to understand that. It's HIGH TIME THAT THEY UNDERSTAND THAT. All good people who understand the "PORK" present here should be TAKING A KNEE! Mr. Kaepernick, we are with you. These culturally deficient fools who did this who want to point everyone to the sky and not take any responsibility for being a " DOLT" "You're a disgrace to all that's good". "You're a disgrace to human decency". "You're a disgrace to the Atom that made a human being". You're PORK!

5-Year-Old Shoots Brother, 8, While Mother Sleeps:

The death of a young man, aged 8, is being investigated after he was shot by his younger sibling, aged 5.

A 911 caller reported a “shooting involving a toddler” at a home in the 2700 block of Shannon Valley Road just after 2:00 p.m., according to a press statement from the local police department.

An 8-year-old child was discovered lifeless inside the house when they arrived. The coroner for Jefferson County was called and confirmed the child’s death at the scene, the announcement said.

The incident was likely accidental, according to the investigation.

The situation was terrible and could have been prevented, Sheriff Lafayette Woods, Jr. said. To reiterate, firearms must always be stored safely, out of the reach of minors, and out of the home.

One of these catastrophes may happen in the house of a gun owner who does not properly protect his or her firearms, Woods said.

An Arkansas television station, THV11, reports that the boy’s mother and four other siblings were home at the time of the tragedy. The site further reported that the Department of Human Services was contacted to ensure their well-being.

Sheriff Woods confirmed to THV11 that “at least the mother was actually present” based on the time of arrival. There were rumors that she was sleeping through the shooting but woke up when she heard the gunfire and discovered the 8-year-old lying on the floor.

“You know, just a loss for words right now. Just because the nature of the incident and the ages of those involved,” the Sheriff continued.

3-year-old dies in hot car outside Florida preschool where parents worked

Multiple news outlets have reported that a young boy died after being left in a car by his parents in Florida’s hot weather.

A 3-year-old kid was reportedly discovered unresponsive in a car on Monday afternoon outside the Lubavitch Education Center in Miami Gardens, as reported by the Miami Herald, ABC affiliate WPLG, and NBC Miami.

According to NBC Miami, the Medical Examiner for Miami-Dade County has confirmed the victim’s identity as Sholom Tauber. The site claims that Tauber’s death was an accident caused by heat.

The Herald said that the youngster may have been in the car for up to six hours.

In a statement posted late Monday, Lubavitch Education Center head Rabbi Benzion Korf revealed that the boy’s parents worked there.

A great number of people in our school community have been touched by this terrible event. Korf was quoted as saying, No words can capture the heartbreak and sadness we feel,”

The rabbi also mentioned that on Tuesday, a therapist and bereavement counselor will be made available.

According to the Herald, authorities believe Tauber was one of numerous siblings who attended the same preschool where his parents worked.

On Monday, the media claimed that the temperature in the Miami area was around 93 degrees. There was an estimated heat index of 101 degrees.

WPLG and NBC Miami report that authorities arrived at the site at 3:45 p.m. and transported Tauber to a local hospital, where he was later pronounced dead.

According to WPLG, the Miami-Dade County Medical Examiner’s Office brought the boy’s body to Jackson North Medical Center on Monday night.

Forensic investigators are looking into the boy’s death, WPLG reports.

The Herald stated that police intend to use a search warrant to gather CCTV footage from the school or any neighboring businesses.

A child under the age of six may not be left “unattended or unsupervised” in a motor vehicle in Florida.

In the event that a kid suffers “severe physical harm, lifelong impairment, or permanent disfigurement” as a result of being left alone in a car, the offender may be charged with a felony of the third degree.

The National Safety Council found that ten children died from being left in hot cars in 2022. Twenty-three children died from being left in hot cars in 2021.

According to research conducted by Kids and Cars, Florida had 107 kid fatalities related to overheated cars between 1990 and 2021, making it the state with the second highest total.

Since 1990, almost a thousand children have perished from exposure to heat in automobiles.

SUPER PORK! …Roe v. Wade decision was overruled by the Supreme Court…

Never Pork

Roe v. Wade, a historic judgment that established a woman’s 14th Amendment right to an abortion, was overturned by the Supreme Court on Friday.

The majority judgment, written by Justice Samuel Alito, stated, “It is time to heed the Constitution and return the issue of abortion to the people’s elected representatives.”

overturning roe will have far-reaching effects on persons seeking abortions and on those working to expand access to them. Abortion will undergo significant shifts in the political, economic, and social climate in many jurisdictions.

This will be the post-Roe world we now will live in.

Abortion Laws in the United States
Today, abortion laws are very different from one state to the next.

Current laws in Texas are the strictest in the country, effectively outlawing abortion beyond the sixth week of pregnancy (when most women are unaware they are pregnant).

In the remaining 49 states, abortion laws are widely inconsistent. Some of the more progressive states provide legal abortion to all pregnant persons for the first six months of their pregnancies (or longer in cases of medical emergency), while others make it practically hard to obtain an abortion.

Dobbs v. Jackson Women’s Health Organization challenged a new law that would virtually make any abortion in Mississippi illegal after 15 weeks of gestation.

At least 21 states are likely to outlaw abortion soon.

Twenty-one states in the United States — mostly in the Midwest and the South — have amendments, pre-Roe rules, or so-called “trigger legislation” on the books that could effectively ban abortion immediately if Roe is reversed.

Alabama, Arizona, Arkansas, Georgia, Idaho, Kentucky, Louisiana, Michigan, Mississippi, Missouri, North Dakota, Ohio, Oklahoma, South Carolina, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, West Virginia, Wisconsin, and Wyoming have all joined in the past few months.

Twenty states and the District of Columbia have enacted abortion protection laws, or become “sanctuary states.”

In light of the ruling, US Attorney General Merrick Garland issued a statement saying that individual states should be permitted to “keep abortion legal within their borders.”

According to the Center for Reproductive Rights, at least eight coastal states are moving to increase access to abortion. Included are the states and the District of Columbia of California, Connecticut, Hawaii, New Jersey, New York, Oregon, Washington, and Vermont.

California’s new governor, Gavin Newsom, has been a leading voice in the fight for abortion rights in the legislature. A constitutional amendment to “enshrine” the right to abortion in California was proposed in his state, he tweeted in May.

At the state level, the right to an abortion is protected by amendments and statutes in at least 12 more states. There are a total of 12 of these states: Alaska, Colorado, Delaware, Illinois, Iowa, Kansas, Nevada, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, and Rhode Island.

Though he acknowledged that “traveling to obtain reproductive care may not be feasible in many circumstances,” Attorney General Garland said, “under bedrock constitutional principles, women who reside in states that have banned access to comprehensive reproductive care must remain free to seek that care in states where it is legal.”

There are 9 states where the outcome is uncertain.

At least two states, Indiana and Nebraska, have been labeled “hostile” territory for abortions by the Center for Reproductive Rights, which means that abortion could become outlawed in those areas.

Recent limitations on abortion in Florida and Montana indicate that these states may eventually decide to outlaw the procedure altogether.

This means that only five states in the US are not either abortion-restrictive “sanctuary states” or likely to overturn abortion restrictions in the near future. Five states fit this description: New Hampshire, New Mexico, North Carolina, Pennsylvania, and Virginia. It is unknown what will happen in certain states now that Roe v. Wade has been overturned, despite the fact that abortion is currently legal there.

After decades of being ineffective due to Roe v. Wade, these bans could be “activated” by officials across the United States.

Some pre-Roe state regulations that were deemed unconstitutional by Roe v. Wade could be reinstated now that the right to an abortion has been struck down, as noted by the Center for Reproductive Rights.

As an example:

Some states have banned abortions before viability before Roe v. Wade.
Dilation and evacuation, along with other forms of surgical abortion, were outlawed. Since Roe v. Wade has been overturned, certain regulations may be reinstated.

Before Roe v. Wade, certain states had outlawed self-managed abortions, making it unlawful to have an abortion in your own home.

What it may cost to have an abortion in a post-Roe America;

Abortions can be obtained for free in some states while others charge several hundred or even several thousand dollars.

Abortions can cost “up to $750,” according to Planned Parenthood. For people without the financial means or health insurance to cover an abortion, access is often provided at no cost. However, there are extra “hidden” expenditures, such as leaving work early or finding daycare.

Surgical abortions cost more than medicinal abortions, ranging from few hundred to over $10,000. This wide price range is due to a number of factors, including the gestational age of the pregnancy.

Some shortages will be filled by a network of abortion funding and practical support groups.

Some states’ abortion laws explicitly include public funding, but many others do not. When this occurs, financial aid for abortions becomes necessary.

There are around 90 local groups in the United States solely dedicated to providing abortion cash to specific regions. That could include things like having easy access to and the means to pay for abortion treatment and medication, as well as financial and logistical support, counseling, and child care. Nobody there bothers to verify citizenship or immigration status.

Although abortion programs do not typically pay for the full cost of an abortion, those in need may apply to many groups simultaneously for assistance. (Depending on one’s financial situation, some abortion facilities may also provide discounts.)

When news broke that the Supreme Court might overturn Roe v. Wade, donations flooded the website for the National Network of Abortion Funds, causing it to breakdown.

According to the Brennan Center, abortion bail money will be a necessity in states and jurisdictions that outlaw abortion in the post-Roe United States.

It has been reported that some companies will pay for their employees to have abortions in other states.

Companies like Amazon are beginning to include travel costs for non-emergency medical care in their health insurance plans. Some companies, like Salesforce, are paying for their employees’ transfer out of restrictive jurisdictions.

Both Uber and Lyft are covering legal costs for drivers who are sued for transporting passengers to abortion facilities in Texas and Oklahoma at no cost to the drivers.

Rising poverty and unemployment are expected to disproportionately impact people of color, including Blacks and Latinos, according to experts.

Abortion access disparities along racial and socioeconomic lines, according to experts, would worsen if the 1973 Roe v. Wade decision were to be overturned at the federal level.

According to the decade-long Turnaway Study, people denied abortions are more likely to experience poor health and continue in violent relationships. Another study indicated that once an abortion was rejected, the participant’s likelihood of becoming unemployed increased fourfold.

Black and Latino workers are disproportionately represented in occupations that pay below the poverty line and offer few paid leave options, both of which make it difficult to access care in other states.

For the next front,

Bans on abortion drugs ordered online have been proposed.

If Roe is overturned, the availability of abortion drugs ordered online is likely to be challenged in court.

Abortion pills ordered online are becoming increasingly hard to come by in some regions. Mifepristone has been approved by the FDA for usage up to 10 weeks into pregnancy, making it possible to have abortions at home and increasing access in locations with limited medical resources.

Last Friday, Attorney General Garland issued a statement saying that “states may not restrict Mifepristone based on disagreement with the FDA’s expert judgment about its safety and efficacy.”

In contrast, the states of Arizona, Arkansas, and Texas all prohibit the mailing of abortion pills to patients. Montana, Oklahoma, and South Dakota have all sought but been thwarted by judges on similar limitations.

It’s possible that such rules would indirectly limit women’s ability to have an abortion over the mail. Telemedicine is not an option in the 19 states that require the physical presence of a physician or other medical professional during a medical procedure. In impoverished areas, several states have essentially banned abortion pills by restricting which kind of healthcare providers are allowed to prescribe them.

This year, legislators in a number of states have presented bills to outlaw abortions performed remotely or with medicines.
